For many, Yelp is a key part of their online marketing efforts. But it can be challenging at times.
Several clients have complained to me about negative Yelp reviews, but it’s difficult to do too much about them. Determining if those negative reviews were written by actual customers can be even more of a challenge since Yelp doesn’t release that information. However, that could be changing.
